Registration is confirmed only after successful payment. Each registration is personal and non-transferable unless explicitly approved by the organizers.
Providing false or incomplete information may result in cancellation of the registration without a refund. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any registration at our discretion.
All registration fees are displayed clearly on the registration page. Payments are processed securely through Stripe, our third-party payment processor.
Prices are shown in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham) unless otherwise stated. TTE does not store or process card details on its own servers.
No refunds will be provided. By completing your registration and payment, you acknowledge and agree to this refund and cancellation policy.
We reserve the right to modify the event schedule, speakers, venue, or format when necessary. We may also conduct the event virtually or in a hybrid format if circumstances require it.
We further reserve the right to cancel or postpone an event due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including events or situations that may constitute force majeure.
All participants are expected to behave professionally and respectfully throughout the event. Participants must follow venue rules, applicable local regulations, and reasonable instructions provided by the event organizers.
Disruptive, abusive, threatening, or unlawful behavior will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to remove any participant from the event without a refund if they engage in misconduct or violate these requirements.
All event materials, logos, content, presentations, and branding provided by TTE or its partners are protected by applicable intellectual property laws and remain the intellectual property of TTE Galaxy, or their respective partners, as applicable.
Recording, reproducing, distributing, modifying, or otherwise using event content without prior permission is strictly prohibited.
By attending or participating in an event, you acknowledge and agree that you may be photographed, filmed, or otherwise recorded during the event.
You grant TTE permission to use such photographs, videos, and other media for marketing, promotional, communication, or documentation purposes without compensation.
If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please inform the event organizers in advance so that reasonable steps can be taken to accommodate your request.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, TTE shall not be liable for personal injury, loss, or damage occurring during an event, loss of personal belongings, technical failures, internet disruptions, payment gateway issues, or any indirect or consequential damages arising from participation in or attendance at an event.
Participation in our events is at your own risk, and participants are responsible for taking reasonable care of themselves and their personal belongings.
Personal data collected through event registrations and interactions with our website is used for legitimate event-related, administrative, communication, and service purposes.
We do not sell or misuse participant data. Payment information is handled securely through our third-party payment processor, Stripe.

The logo represents the values that TTE Galaxy strives to uphold across its community, partnerships, and business collaborations.
The TTE Galaxy Logo may not be used, reproduced, modified, distributed, or displayed without prior written approval from the TTE Galaxy Team.
The logo must not be used for brand promotions, marketing campaigns, business endorsements, personal purposes, or commercial gain without obtaining prior authorization.
Any unauthorized use of the TTE Galaxy Logo or other protected brand assets may be considered a violation of TTE’s intellectual property and brand rights.
